The USER is responsible for creating, modifying, or deleting their listings. Transactions are carried out directly between buyer and seller without ALIBAMOTORS’ intervention.

ALIBAMOTORS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any listing or account (free or premium) that violates these Terms or poses a risk or harm to third parties or the company.

5. Vehicle Warranty

ALIBAMOTORS is not the owner of the vehicles published on the SITE and does not offer any express or implied warranty regarding them. Any warranty is the sole responsibility of the seller. Users are advised to request a written copy of any offered warranty before completing a purchase.

6. Prices and Availability

Prices and availability of vehicles are determined by the sellers. ALIBAMOTORS does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of such information, and vehicles may become unavailable without prior notice.

7. Deposits and Commissions

ALIBAMOTORS does not charge deposits, commissions, or fees on transactions between users. Any payments made are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The SITE and its content are provided “as is.” ALIBAMOTORS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the published information. ALIBAMOTORS may replicate listings on other digital platforms for promotional or marketing purposes.

9. Modifications and Maintenance

ALIBAMOTORS may update, modify, or remove content and services on the SITE at any time without prior notice and may perform scheduled or emergency technical maintenance.

10. Advertising and Paid Plans

The SITE offers advertising packages and banner options (free or paid). Prices vary depending on duration, type, and placement. Payments are processed through the USER’s profile.

11. Payments and Refunds

By making a payment on the SITE, the USER confirms ownership of the payment method and authorizes the corresponding charge.

• Payment confirmation: will be sent electronically to the registered email address.
• Refund policy: Refunds may be requested within 48 hours after purchase with a valid reason (fraud, unauthorized charge, or justified error). Refunds are not available for active plans exceeding 48 hours. Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
